Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global consulting professionals on diverse research initiatives utilizing information tools and proprietary databases to deliver insights for client engagements and business growth.
  • Offer prompt solutions and comprehensive research, including current awareness services, competitive intelligence, and specialized research to assist consulting teams.
  • Engage with information resources colleagues from various regions to enhance a global research capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Educate consulting staff on research methodologies and provide training on user-focused products.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field is essential, such as information/library science from an accredited institution or an MBA in business or economics; an undergraduate degree in economics or finance is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or legal research setting, providing business and financial information is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in conducting legal research using platforms like PACER, Westlaw, Lexis, and Bloomberg Law, with a solid understanding of the US Legal System.
  • Familiarity with database services such as Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, FactSet, and LSEG Data & Analytics is necessary.
  • Experience in searching academic/literature/news databases like Factiva, EconLit, Proquest, Business Source Corporate, and Heinonline is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities, are essential.
