  • Collaborate with global consulting professionals on diverse research initiatives utilizing information tools and proprietary databases to deliver insights for client projects and business development.
  • Offer prompt solutions and comprehensive research, current awareness services, competitive intelligence, and specialized research to assist consulting professionals.
  • Engage with information resources team members across various regions and offices to further develop a global research capability through knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate training for consulting professionals on research methodologies and educate them on end-user products.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in one of the following fields is essential: information/library science from an accredited institution or an MBA in business or economics; an undergraduate degree in economics or finance is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or legal research setting providing business and financial insights is necessary.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in conducting Legal Research using platforms such as PACER, Westlaw, Lexis, and Bloomberg Law is required, along with a solid understanding of the US Legal System.
  • Familiarity and experience with database services like Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, FactSet, and LSEG Data & Analytics are expected.
  • Experience in searching academic/literature/news databases such as Factiva, EconLit, Proquest, and Business Source Corporate is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication abilities, are essential.
