About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team at ManTech. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by conducting comprehensive research and analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on various topics, including market trends, industry analysis, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data using statistical methods and qualitative techniques.
  • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights from research findings and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain research databases and knowledge repositories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in using statistical software and data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in conducting research using various sources, including databases, online platforms, and academic journals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).
Clearance Requirements
  • This role requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
