Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at NOVA Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our clients' products and increasing sales through direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to identify new customers and clients.
  • Communicate effectively with customers at on-site marketing campaigns to promote products, provide service support, and establish proper channels of information and communication.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns to increase sales and brand recognition.
  • Identify key service attributes and deliver in-depth service knowledge to customers to encourage sales and new subscriptions.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalency is required.
  • An Associate's degree or two-year program certification is encouraged.
  • Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, business, management, or leadership is encouraged.
  • Ability to properly communicate the benefits and elements of client services during sales, given the proper training.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other Business Development Representatives.
  • Reliability in time management to follow training schedules and achieve planned goals for marketing, product visibility, sales, and customer service.
