Job Summary:

The Senior Business Account Executive will be responsible for selling Comcast's Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest Comcast products and services and be able to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local business partners and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast's positioning and brand.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • Acquire new sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
  • Generate new leads through targeted businesses using various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance our prospects' ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally to their customers.
  • Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly quota performance and above.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $55,000.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $105,000.00

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
