Senior Business Development Manager, MOB

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to drive growth and revenue in our commercial and industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships while prospecting for new business opportunities
- Create and present customized sales proposals to clients
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using Salesforce
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in finding, qualifying, and closing new business
- Strong knowledge of facility services, janitorial, commercial real estate, or related fields
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling sales proposals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM
