As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and scaling our customer acquisition channels. With a focus on paid social, paid search, email, affiliates, organic social, and referrals, you will develop and execute strategies to increase conversions and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Working closely with our founder and industry experts, you will conceptualize and plan A/B tests across channels to improve conversion rates and identify opportunities for other acquisition and brand initiatives through data analysis and market research.

Requirements:

  • Experience running paid channels efficiently, ideally for a consumer subscription business
  • Ability to work at rapid iterations of tests to improve performance
  • Dig deep into the details without reliance on the agency
  • Rigorous methodic approach to test various hypothesis
  • Strong sense of marketing to consumers
