About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Inflection AI. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth across multiple channels and strategies in fast-growing technology companies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to drive acquisition and retention across paid and organic channels
  • Define acquisition and retention strategies, define success KPIs, and oversee their implementation working with internal and external resources
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and adoption of our products, including experiments and A/B tests
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Constantly test, measure and iterate as we continue to grow, and provide insights to inform product roadmap

About Inflection AI:

We are a small, friendly and multi-disciplinary AI studio creating a personal AI for everyone. Our first AI is called Pi, for personal intelligence, a supportive and empathetic conversational AI.
