Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of growing consumer-facing brands through experimentation with paid media across digital and traditional channels. As a Director of Growth Marketing, you'll lead our paid media strategy, develop and execute comprehensive paid experimentation plans, and optimize our marketing efforts to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and optimize substantial marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI and meet acquisition targets.
  • Build and deliver bottom-up growth forecasts by channel, partnering with internal and external teams to refine scenarios based on company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of paid media and affiliate professionals to ensure the team's success.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and leverage insights to refine strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and product marketing, to ensure alignment of our ad initiatives with overall business objectives and messaging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in-house and/or agency experience in paid acquisition, digital marketing, or a related field with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Fintech or financial services industry experience preferred.
