Job Description


Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing sales trends, and forecasting sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams to secure inventory and optimize business spend.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to develop mutually beneficial strategies and tactics, including maximizing cost of business spend and marketing funding.

A successful sales manager possesses in-depth knowledge of customer key performance indicators and recommends items and brands to achieve sales plans.

Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance brand relevance on site and ensure operational readiness to deliver against sales goals.


Industry knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, communicate new challenges and requirements internally, and advocate for the buyer.
