Business Development Executive

At A & H Duffy Polishing and Finishing Co., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business-to-Business Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and establish new business relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to grow our client base.
- Account Management: Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling related products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide consultative sales solutions to clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales plans for new and existing clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements and close deals that meet our revenue goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to strategically position our offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, including pipeline management, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management review.
- Client Support: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial services, or related fields.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
