Enterprise Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Orion Talent. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-lasting relationships with Fortune 2000 clients.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in B2B sales, preferably with experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales or subscription-based products.
  • They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively engage with C-Level audiences, including General Counsels, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officers, and HR Executives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from converting market-qualified leads into pipeline opportunities to securing contract signature.
  • Run outbound lead generation campaigns, including cold calling, to supplement inbound leads delivered by marketing.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets of $850,000.
