Position: Product Stewardship Regulatory Specialist
Overview
The Product Stewardship Regulatory Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to our products. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining product safety and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels to meet regulatory standards.
- Prepare, monitor, and distribute Product Regulatory Disclosures to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to secure necessary Product Regulatory Disclosures.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes that may impact product compliance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the global operations of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product stewardship or a related area.
- Proficient in the preparation of SDS, chemical labeling, and data reporting.
- Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Reliable team player with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
