The Department of Veteran Affairs is looking for a dedicated Physician with expertise in Hematology/Oncology. The successful candidate will focus on diagnosing and treating coagulation disorders and various hematologic diseases. This role encompasses comprehensive patient care, including both consultative services and direct care in inpatient and outpatient settings, with a particular emphasis on managing anticancer therapies.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- This position is not remote.
- Compensation: Competitive salary package with potential for an annual performance bonus and regular salary increases
- Sign-on Bonus: Available for qualified candidates
- Relocation Assistance: Eligible for this position
- Student Loan Repayment: Position eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program
- Debt Repayment Program: Up to $200,000 available for student loans
- Annual Leave: 50-55 days of paid time off per year, including annual leave, sick leave, and paid federal holidays
- Pension Plan: Traditional federal pension with 5 years vesting, along with a federal 401K with contributions by Veterans Affairs

- Employment Contract: No Physician Employment Contract with minimal restrictions on additional work
- Contract Buyout Program: Options available for buying out service contracts
