Position: Product Stewardship Regulatory Specialist
Overview
The role of the Product Stewardship Regulatory Specialist is essential in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. This position involves the following key responsibilities:
- Developing and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels to meet regulatory requirements.
- Preparing, monitoring, and distributing Product Regulatory Disclosures.
- Coordinating with manufacturers to secure necessary Product Regulatory Disclosures.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes that may impact product compliance.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the global operations of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product stewardship or a related area.
- Proficiency in preparing SDS, chemical labeling, and data reporting.
- Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Reliable team player with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills.
