Product Stewardship Regulatory Specialist

Position Overview

The Product Stewardship Regulatory Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations for our product line. This position involves the creation and upkeep of essential documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labeling to meet regulatory standards.
  • Prepare, monitor, and distribute Product Regulatory Disclosures.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to secure necessary Product Regulatory Disclosures.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes that may impact product compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support global operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product stewardship or a related area.
  • Proficient in preparing SDS, chemical labeling, and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Reliable team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
