Hematology Specialist

The Department of Veteran Affairs is in search of a dedicated Physician with expertise in Hematology/Oncology. The successful candidate will primarily focus on coagulation disorders and a variety of hematologic diseases. This role entails providing comprehensive patient care through both consultative services and direct care in inpatient and outpatient settings, including the management of anticancer treatments.
Key Responsibilities:- Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Location: This position requires physical presence; remote work is not an option.
- Compensation: Competitive salary with the potential for an annual performance bonus and regular salary increases.
- Incentives: Recruitment and relocation incentives are available.
- Relocation Assistance: Eligible for permanent change of station benefits.
- Education Debt Reduction: The position qualifies for student loan repayment programs.
- EDRP: Up to $200,000 available for educational debt repayment.
- Paid Time Off: Enjoy 50-55 days of annual paid leave, including annual leave, sick leave, and federal holidays.

- Contractual Flexibility: No employment contract and minimal restrictions on additional work.
- Contract Buyout Options: Available for the buyout of service contracts.
