Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure seamless delivery of our services.

  1. Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front-of-house team, ensuring efficient operation and exceptional guest service.
  2. Collaborate with Culinary Team: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure cohesive and exceptional service delivery.
  3. Implement Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional guest service.
  4. Monitor Performance: Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize service delivery.
  5. Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional guest service and lead by example, inspiring team members to deliver the same level of service.

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
