Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our agents in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of agents to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or related industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Knowledge of Hilton OnQ is a plus
