Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We're seeking a skilled Guest Services Manager to lead our team in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our resort operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless guest interactions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a culture of excellence within our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of guest service associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement processes to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage guest accounts, room inventory, and financial aspects of the department
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and financial standards

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of management experience in a hotel or resort setting
  • 3-5 years of hospitality customer service experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
