Carmel Partners, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing initiatives across various platforms. This position is pivotal in managing branding and marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio. The role encompasses support for both new projects and established properties, with a focus on digital marketing efforts, corporate branding, and the ongoing evaluation and improvement of onsite branded experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee updates to the company website, ensuring content and imagery are current and engaging.
  • Manage requests for proposals (RFPs) from branding agencies, including cost analysis and maintaining comprehensive agency records.
  • Coordinate the design and installation of promotional materials such as signage and marketing banners.
  • Supervise the production of property visuals, including renderings, photography, and video content.
  • Lead the implementation of virtual and self-guided tours, ensuring technology is effectively utilized.
  • Develop and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Direct the management of digital assets, including images and videos of the portfolio.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of properties across digital platforms.
  • Support the execution of marketing deliverables, including visual content, social media strategies, and public relations efforts.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on marketing materials and property presentations.
  • Facilitate the launch of interactive leasing tools and provide training for staff.
  • Explore innovative uses of technology to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Plan for temporary leasing spaces and develop onboarding processes for new teams.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a keen analytical mindset.
  • Creative and self-driven, capable of achieving results independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Team-oriented, valuing collaborative relationships.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in digital marketing and agency collaboration is highly preferred.
  • Background in real estate or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Strong presentation abilities, capable of making effective recommendations to stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional journey. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000, with additional bonus incentives based on performance.
