Key Responsibilities
  • Manage updates to the website, ensuring that visuals and text are integrated into our content management system.
  • Facilitate requests for proposals (RFPs) with various branding firms, including compiling cost summaries and maintaining a comprehensive agency directory.
  • Oversee the design and installation of promotional signage, window displays, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate property visuals, including renderings, photography, video presentations, and layout plans.
  • Lead the implementation of virtual and self-guided tours, including assessments and the introduction of new technologies.
  • Develop and manage budgets from project inception through to transition to third-party management.
  • Oversee digital asset management, including images, videos, and virtual tours of our properties.
  • Conduct competitive audits of property-level competitors across various digital platforms.
  • Support the execution of deliverables for properties, including visual content, digital creation, collateral design, public relations, social media, and digital strategy.
  • Coordinate and supervise tasks assigned to multiple external agencies to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to refresh existing assets and execute marketing strategies in conjunction with third-party efforts.
  • Perform quality control checks on property listings, merchandising, and promotional displays.
  • Implement interactive leasing technology in offices, including training for staff.
  • Explore innovative uses of technology across platforms and collaborate with agencies to implement enhancements.
  • Plan for temporary leasing spaces and create onboarding programs for new leasing teams.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical abilities.
  • Creative, self-driven, and intellectually curious, capable of achieving results independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing and agency collaboration is highly preferred.
  • Background in real estate or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience managing operating budgets and financial planning.
  • Strong presentation skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

We recognize that compensation and benefits are vital factors in your employment decision. At Carmel, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation and may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
