Key Responsibilities- Update website content, including images and text, within the content management system (CMS) of our proprietary platform.
- Manage requests for proposals (RFPs) with various branding firms, including detailed cost analysis and maintaining a comprehensive agency database.
- Oversee the design and installation of promotional signage, window displays, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate property visual assets, including renderings, photography, videos, and site plans.
- Lead the implementation of virtual and self-guided tours, including technology audits and rollouts.
- Develop and manage budgets from project inception through to third-party transitions.
- Supervise digital asset management, including renderings, photos, videos, and virtual tours.
- Conduct competitive audits of property-level digital presence.
- Support property marketing deliverables, including visual content, digital media creation, collateral design, and public relations strategies.
- Manage deliverables from various third-party agencies to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to refresh existing marketing materials and execute new strategies.
- Perform quality control checks on property listings, merchandising, and promotional displays.
- Launch interactive leasing tools and provide training for staff on their use.
- Explore innovative technology solutions to enhance marketing platforms and leasing experiences.
- Plan for temporary leasing environments and create onboarding programs for new teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical abilities.
- Creative, self-driven, and eager to achieve results both independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with a focus on building strong relationships.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing and agency collaboration is highly preferred.
- Background in real estate or hospitality is advantageous.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with budget management, financial planning, and analysis.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of making effective recommendations and engaging with stakeholders.
At Carmel Partners, we recognize that compensation and benefits are crucial factors in your employment choice. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. This range reflects our commitment to providing fair compensation based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include a bonus incentive based on performance.
