Job Title: Document Solutions Account Executive

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Document Solutions Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing account relationships, prospecting new clients, and successfully marketing our products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow existing account relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect new clients and develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales and margin goals.
  • Develop and maintain a high degree of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with other business units to grow their business and drive cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate account and sales data in our CRM database.
  • Engage in high call activity within our named account base or territory to drive sales and growth.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate; college preferred.
  • Industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong orientation to new technologies and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Above-average computer skills and knowledge, with the ability to navigate our CRM database and other sales tools.
  • Ability to manage a territory with multiple accounts over a broad geographic area, with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain and grow personal relationships with clients, with a focus on building trust and loyalty.
  • Staying current with fast-moving technology and industry trends, with a willingness to adapt and evolve.
