Role Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will operate within a dynamic and high-volume inbound call center, providing essential support to customers utilizing state-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, billing, violations, and tolls.
  • Research and resolve customer issues in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Provide information on various state-funded programs using training materials and online resources.
  • Manage call durations while adhering to established productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Handle customer disputes and inquiries effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform necessary transactions and maintain accurate internal documentation.
  • Meet or exceed minimum performance standards for accuracy and productivity.
  • Update customer accounts in strict compliance with departmental policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (retail or call center).
  • Proficient in general computer and internet skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Schedule:

Training will occur Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is required.
