Job Overview

The Strategic Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth and fostering relationships within our target markets. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:


  • Business Development: Cultivate new business opportunities aligned with our strategic focus and operational strengths within designated territories/accounts to meet or surpass annual revenue goals.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and analyze potential sales targets, ensuring leads are thoroughly qualified.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain prospect relationships, understand their needs, and secure opportunities for engagement through virtual, telephone, and face-to-face sales interactions to advocate for the company.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales cycle, which includes crafting quotes, sales proposals, and responding to RFPs in collaboration with Operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work efficiently across various departments (Operations, Recruiting, Legal, Senior Management) to advance sales opportunities.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment efforts for new site implementations.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging market trends.
  • Brand Representation: Consistently embody the organization’s vision both internally and externally, ensuring prospective clients have an exceptional experience.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned.
