Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator - Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll according to established schedules and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare various reports, including attendance, timecard exceptions, and payroll reports, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Employee Support: Provide administrative assistance to employees, troubleshooting system access and directing inquiries to relevant resources.
  • Event Coordination: Organize local employee events, including birthday recognition and service anniversary celebrations, to foster a positive work environment.
  • Hiring Support: Assist with local hiring efforts for hourly roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Recordkeeping: Responsible for maintaining personnel-related files and records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Learning and Development: Support learning and development activities at the facility, including logistics, program tracking, and training documentation.
  • Benefits Enrollment: Assist with benefits enrollment, setting up information sessions, and directing employees to relevant benefit resources.
Requirements
  • Prior Payroll Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and maintaining records.
