As an OTP Operations Support Specialist (Clinical), you will be responsible for supervising all telehealth counselors in California and assisting clinics with operational needs. This position requires maintaining exceptional performance levels by offering clinical guidance, training, assessments, and constructive feedback to all telehealth staff to meet the needs of our clientele. A thorough understanding of the various clinic departments and their functions is essential. You will operate independently with minimal supervision and must be well-versed in the organization's policies and procedures, including adherence to disciplinary and grievance protocols.

Compensation:

  • $70,000 to $95,000 annually

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field; at least 2 years of experience in a related field or quality assurance
  • Certification or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience as an OTP Director or Assistant Regional Director
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and insurable by the designated carrier, as driving for company purposes is required
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for site visits, meetings, and conferences, with potential for extensive travel on short notice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of telehealth counselors, adjusting schedules and programs as necessary to meet client needs
  • Ensure quality assurance in clinical activities and documentation performed by telehealth counselors
  • Facilitate clinical meetings and training sessions to address behavioral and clinical issues, progress, and crisis interventions
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations for telehealth counselors, including annual reviews and 90-day assessments for new hires
  • Train and orient new clinic management staff for newly opened or recently acquired programs
  • Provide support and guidance for compliance with county, state, DEA, CARF surveys, and other external audits
  • Ensure facilities adhere to established internal and external policies and regulations through inspections and chart reviews
  • Develop and deliver training to ensure compliance with state, federal, and CARF accreditation standards
  • Communicate strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement to enhance facility operations
  • Address performance issues through on-site training as needed
  • Conduct follow-up audits and visits in collaboration with regional leadership
  • Facilitate onboarding training for new Executive Directors
  • Utilize reports and data analytics to enhance facility operations
  • Participate in assigned workgroups and committees
  • Engage in regional and director meetings as required
  • Comply with Pinnacle Treatment Centers policies and federal confidentiality laws
  • Travel to various facilities as directed by leadership
  • Provide EHR training to Executive Directors and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist in the recruitment process for new Executive Directors
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
