Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Human Resources Manager:

  • Formulate and execute human capital strategies that are in sync with organizational goals
  • Oversee recruitment, development, and retention initiatives
  • Foster a culture of performance and provide guidance to management
  • Design and implement workforce planning and organizational effectiveness strategies
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within talent management practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR business partner
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution sectors is beneficial
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities
  • Capacity to balance organizational needs with employee support

Compensation Package:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $115-145K, along with comprehensive benefits and performance-based bonuses.
