Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top HR talent and empower them to own HR strategies for assigned client groups.
- Drive performance culture and coach leaders and managers on effective use of HR tools.
- Assess employee training and development needs and create strategies to close gaps between current and future skill sets.
- Execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs and leverage metrics to develop proactive staffing strategies.
- Coach business leaders on key organizational issues and HR policies and processes to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
- Plan and lead organization design projects related to business strategy, organization structure, team effectiveness, and culture.
- Guide leaders and employees on company policies, values, HR programs, and administration to ensure consistency and timeliness.
- 7+ years of progressive responsible experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, psychology, or related field required; Master's degree, MBA, or relevant certifications strongly preferred.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish speakers preferred.
