Position Overview:

We are in search of a qualified Marketing Manager to devise and implement a marketing and advertising strategy aimed at familiarizing market participants with Counterpointe's financing offerings and sustainability initiatives. This role encompasses leading our marketing efforts while bolstering our internal business development activities. Responsibilities will include enhancing our visibility through website optimization, SEO, social media engagement, and print media, as well as coordinating client outreach and participation in conferences and other marketing events. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in marketing B2B financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a marketing and advertising strategy to achieve quarterly growth objectives.
  • Enhance brand recognition, maintain our status as a thought leader, and drive lead generation among diverse stakeholders, including commercial real estate investors, ESG impact investors, construction professionals, OEM manufacturers, government policymakers, and advocates for green building and sustainability.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategic planning to execution across media, digital, and print platforms.
  • Formulate and oversee CRM strategies, collaborating with executives to optimize relationships, generate leads, and nurture existing inquiries.
  • Create marketing materials and collateral to support client interactions and presentations.
  • Implement lead generation promotions for email marketing, workflow development, and campaigns.
  • Utilize all relevant channels to drive brand awareness and demand, including ad campaigns, press releases, trade publications, content marketing, thought leadership, webinars, workshops, and other events.
  • Identify and engage third-party resources as needed; mentor current creative staff and lead efforts to develop top-tier sales enablement tools and resources for national, state, and municipal market development across construction, government, financial, and real estate sectors.
  • Assess, develop strategies for, and manage the company's marketing technology stack, focusing on measurable impacts on financing applications received.
  • Oversee budgeting for all marketing, advertising, and event initiatives.
  • Manage investor communications and public relations efforts.
  • Plan and execute marketing and advertising strategies targeting middle markets and principal transactions for prospect development.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing expertise and business development skills.
  • Proven ability to create and implement clear quarterly marketing plans, with the confidence to adapt strategies based on results in a dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in optimizing brand digital channels, including media, websites, social platforms, and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with various go-to-market channels, such as SEO, SEM, content syndication, display advertising, paid social, and partnerships.
  • Comprehensive experience in campaign management, including media planning, creative development, and ongoing optimization.
  • Exceptional writing skills for internal strategy, external presentations, RFPs, and related materials.
  • A collaborative team player capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in financial services or banking is preferred; experience in OEM, solar, energy finance, commercial real estate, or construction is a plus.
