Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at JM HUNTER GROUP. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to contractors, residential and commercial builders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, residential and commercial builders through regular communication and visits
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the building materials industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
