Job Description

Job Title: Account Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Representative to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and marketing of Proximo Spirits brands to a targeted account base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and marketing of assigned supplier brands within assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and gatekeepers of supplier accounts
  • Present new products and beverage offerings to customers and influencers
  • Facilitate accounts visits, dinners, and other events to build relationships and drive sales
  • Assist sales team in driving supplier brands in their accounts
  • Develop and deliver training modules to the sales team, customers, and suppliers
  • Establish merchandising objectives relative to brand priority for each account
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to customers
  • Obtain appropriate distribution of supplier brands throughout account base
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and gatekeepers of supplier accounts
  • Participate in supplier work-with sales calls
  • Attend educational workshops and establish personal networks to build and maintain industry knowledge
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales or industry-related experience
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
  • Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
