Job Summary

The Center for Family Life is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our school-based program. This role involves completing essential administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, headcounts, and sign-out procedures
  • Develop and implement systems to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency
  • Translate program documents and facilitate communication with families across language barriers
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in after-school programs or office administration
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
