Administrative Professional

Globe Talent Finders is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our property management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise Office Team: Oversee the daily activities of our office team, ensuring smooth workflow and administrative system management.
  2. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leases, contracts, property transactions, and other essential documents.
  3. Develop and Enforce Policies: Establish and implement office policies to promote compliance and efficiency.
Financial Administration:
  1. Bookkeeper Assistance: Collaborate with our Bookkeeper to prepare budgets, track expenses, and process invoices for property-related services.
  2. Financial Record-Keeping: Ensure timely rent collections, manage financial records, and oversee vendor payments.
Client and Tenant Interactions:
  1. Clients and Tenants: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants in escalated situations.
  2. Communication Coordinations: Coordinate effective communication between property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration or property management roles.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property management industry, including regulations and lease agreements.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium).
Estimated Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
