About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Blackbird Recruiting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient communication with customers and vendors, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate maintenance.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: $30-35 an hour
