Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time in-office position that requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
This role involves providing administrative support to various departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with HR tasks and handle general office duties such as answering phones and coordinating office logistics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma and proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office, are also essential.
What We Offer
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $48,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience. You will also receive a generous Paid Time Off policy, a warm and collaborative work environment, and filtered internet access.
