About the Position:

Wells Fargo is in search of a Senior Coordinator for Wealth Management Banking to join our Banking, Lending, and Trust division. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist seasoned Private Bankers with account management, sales initiatives, risk assessment, and client relationship management, effectively juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Provide support in servicing Private Banking client accounts.
  • Engage with clients to pinpoint retention challenges and explore potential business growth opportunities across various product offerings.
  • Acquire a solid understanding of our products and develop fundamental client relationship management skills to cater to the financial needs of our clientele, potentially overseeing basic accounts.
  • Draft initial client communications and tailor professional presentation materials to bolster sales and marketing efforts.
  • Investigate and resolve operational challenges related to intricate accounts.
  • Collaborate with various centers and offices to facilitate daily transactions for bankers in sales and credit support.
  • Interpret and apply policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • May provide guidance and training to junior associates.
  • Work collaboratively with peers, colleagues, and management to address issues and meet objectives.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders.
  • Receive guidance from leadership while exercising independent judgment to comprehend functions, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • This position involves client interaction and responsibilities that may include negotiating terms and processing applications for secured transactions, necessitating compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Wealth Management Banking or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
  • Understanding of processes related to opening new consumer and business deposit accounts, account maintenance, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in a supportive role within a banking and trust context.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of trust documents and business formation documentation.
  • Capability to cultivate and manage client and business relationships.
  • Proficient technical skills to navigate various computer systems and applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation while balancing the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment across all organizational levels.
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires SAFE registration upon employment commencement. The registration process will be initiated immediately after your start date.
