Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Wealth Management Advisor, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with medium to large high net worth clients. You will assemble a dedicated team of Banking, Trust, and Investment specialists tailored to meet and exceed client expectations. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in wealth management, capable of addressing complex financial matters and providing strategic guidance across all aspects of Wealth Management.
Qualifications
This position mandates registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) as per the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will undergo a registration process that includes a thorough background and credit assessment. Non-compliance with NMLS registration requirements may lead to the rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
Location and Work Environment
This role supports a hybrid work model, with an expectation of in-office attendance for three or more days per week, alongside the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing high and ultra-high net worth client relationships
- Exceptional relationship management and business development capabilities
- Proven track record in driving business growth
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. Bancorp's Banking, Trust, and Investment offerings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to address unique client needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to make independent, critical decisions
- Professional designations such as CFA or CFP are advantageous
