Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Wealth Management Banking Coordinator within our Banking, Lending, and Trust division. This role is pivotal in supporting our Private Bankers and enhancing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist seasoned Private Bankers with account management, sales initiatives, risk assessment, and relationship cultivation, while effectively managing multiple priorities.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and foundational client relationship management skills to address customer financial needs.

  • Investigate and resolve operational challenges related to intricate accounts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of daily transactions for bankers in sales and credit support.
  • Interpret and adhere to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Potentially mentor and guide less experienced team members.
  • Work collaboratively with peers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders.
  • Receive guidance from leadership while exercising independent judgment to understand functions, policies, and compliance standards.
  • This position involves customer interaction and may include negotiating terms and processing applications for secured transactions, necessitating compliance with relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Wealth Management Banking or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
  • Understanding of the processes involved in opening and maintaining consumer and business deposit accounts, including KYC and TE.
  • Experience in a support capacity within a banking and trust framework.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements effectively.
  • Knowledge of trust and business formation documentation.
  • Capability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Proficient technical skills to navigate various computer systems and applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation while balancing the needs of clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Job Expectations:
