*This range represents a national range and the actual salary will depend on several factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the skills, education, training, credentials, location, and experience of an applicant. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus payment.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Operations Analyst II will enhance Marketing's ability to deliver on brand, on budget, and on time by utilizing technology, processes, vendors, and insights to support Marketing outcomes.

The Hiring Manager will also consider candidates for the Senior Marketing Operations Analyst position. The level of the position will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience.

Responsible for identifying and implementing process enhancements that ensure marketing best practices. Collaborates across the department and enterprise to prioritize and deliver improvements and new capabilities to Marketing's technology. The Marketing Operations Analyst II must thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with management and/or consultants to analyze the strategy, scope, calendar, and deliverables for marketing technology initiatives aligned with marketing and enterprise strategies.
  • Assists in developing operational plans to support the strategy and provides ongoing communication across the marketing and broader organization, sharing project updates, timelines, processes, and results.
  • Documents and streamlines marketing workflows, processes, and best practices. Participates in implementing process improvements for long-term success.
  • Facilitates effective communication with customers, leaders, and stakeholders through written, verbal, and interpersonal means, including responsibility for communication/change management plans to enhance engagement with marketing technology.
  • Partners to evaluate new technologies and applications to optimize marketing team performance. Manages and supports technical aspects of key marketing systems, including enhancements and new platform rollouts.
  • Oversees marketing vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and approvals, seeking opportunities to provide value-added vendor management services in collaboration with Sourcing & Vendor Management.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, management, information systems, or related field and two years of relevant experience; or
  • Associate's degree in marketing, business, finance, management, information systems, or related field and four years of relevant experience; or
  • High School diploma or GED and six years of relevant experience.
Additional Experience
  • Proven experience with implementing process improvements required.
  • Experience achieving business outcomes preferred.
  • Strong technology acumen preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
