We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at CGC Group Inc. in Miami, Florida. This part-time role requires a strong background in HR policies, employment law, and best practices.

  • Interviewing Techniques: Develop and implement effective interviewing techniques to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Hiring Process: Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Action Plans: Develop and implement action plans to address HR-related challenges and improve overall HR processes.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • HR Reporting: Assist with HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
  • HR Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Work Schedule: Part-time position, 25 hours per week, 5 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
  • Compensation: $25 an hour, paid every Friday, with options for dental, vision, and 401k.
