Job Summary

This role serves as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provides support to front-line employees, managers, and external parties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR generalist support to the business, including employee relations, policy interpretation, and administration.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR business partners to prepare disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain internal systems, including processing, position management, and opening requisitions.
  • Consult with business leaders on workforce changes, terminations, and other HR-related matters.
  • Prepare materials for pulse surveys, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Act as a change agent for HR transformation and support the implementation of new HR initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or business administration.
  • Minimum of two years of generalist experience in human resources.
  • PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
