Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Lambert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures.
  • Partner with management to recruit and hire top talent.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Develop and implement strategies for inclusion and diversity programs.
  • Manage employee personnel files and coordinate internship programs.
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Oversee offboarding procedures.
  • Support the company's total rewards strategy.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage and administer policies and communications.
  • Serve as backup for payroll processing.
  • Support and update monthly reports.
  • Provide immigration support for visas and assist with mobility and relocation processes.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of generalist experience in Human Resources with HR management/lead experience.
  • Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the communication or advertising industry and agency work environments is a plus.
