Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Renasant Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a broad knowledge of our financial products and services, including deposit and loan products, to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales and customer experience goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall performance.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales required.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a strong sales and marketing background.
  • Senior Specialists: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist, with a strong ability to handle complex customer issues and provide guidance to junior team members.
Work Environment

The Bank's professional working environment requires employees to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Employees must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when working closely with internal business partners and external clients. Employees may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information within the working environment, therefore, must uphold confidentiality at all times.
