CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR I


WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive support within the Corporate Sponsorships division. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the tracking and execution of assets for significant sponsorships, which encompass tickets, hospitality, signage, special events, and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the acquisition, allocation, distribution, and tracking of bank-owned tickets, exceeding 7,000 annually. This involves assessing all requests and determining optimal ticket placement for maximum impact.


• Facilitate coordination within the Corporate Sponsorships team, focusing on the organization, tracking, and activation of assets for essential sponsorships.


• Oversee the fulfillment of all contractual sponsorship assets, ensuring they are activated to enhance the City National Bank brand.


• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all sponsorship assets associated with each partnership.


• Develop and manage a monthly calendar outlining all sponsorship asset deliverables.


• Ensure all sponsorship events are included in the bank-wide events calendar.


• Collaborate with key divisions to guarantee that all ticket and hospitality assets are utilized effectively.


• Attend corporate partnership events and sponsor promotions as necessary.


• Provide general administrative assistance to assigned senior managers or departments, keeping them informed of activities affecting the group. Support with scheduling, reports, agendas, and other tasks as required. Regularly engage with internal and external clients, demonstrating exemplary customer service in all interactions.


• Coordinate office functions and activities, which may include mail, supplies, travel arrangements, equipment, and other administrative duties.


• Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate, team, league, or agency activation role.


• At least 1 year of experience in event or program coordination.


• A minimum of 2 years of basic computer experience is required (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Skills and Knowledge:


• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications, along with familiarity with TicketManager, Workfront, and SharePoint.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and strong ethics.


• Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to new information, requirements, and priorities.


• Understanding of marketing principles.


• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, capable of thriving in a team environment.


• Availability to work at special events.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a client service-oriented mindset.


• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory.


• Ability to foster and build relationships with clients and vendors.

Compensation:
Starting base salary: $41.43 per hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
