Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in developing and enhancing marketing initiatives aimed at engaging target audiences. This position involves executing strategies and tactics aligned with the overall marketing plan for designated client groups. The Marketing Specialist will act as a bridge between the department and program leaders, contributing to the creation of marketing proposals and detailed reports. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting leadership with daily account management and the implementation of marketing strategies.

  • Maintaining professional and technical expertise by participating in educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, and engaging with professional networks.
  • Contributing to team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in communications, public health, marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is required, preferably within a healthcare or agency setting.
