Position Overview:
As a Regional Finance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations within our district. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our organization, ensuring that financial practices align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily human resources functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Oversee cash management and coordinate banking services.
  • Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Assist in generating weekly financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate period-end closing and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and analyze financial statements for potential profit enhancements.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting efforts, evaluating various financial scenarios.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and liaise with auditors.
  • Provide support for facility maintenance management as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in financial management is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively track, measure, and communicate financial data.
  • Experience as a Staff Accountant is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends during month-end closing periods.
