Overview of the Role:
Oversee the retail operations encompassing the sales cycle, financial transactions, and the sales personnel.

Assist in the administration of various store functions as required and facilitate multi-channel sales.

Compensation:
$43,888

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Achieve and surpass sales objectives.

Lead and mentor the sales team, including:
- Scheduling
- Recruitment
- Performance evaluation

Ensure accountability for CRM metrics.

Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Support Digital Retailing initiatives, such as Rent2Buy.

Financial Oversight:
Guarantee the completion of finance documentation.

Timely follow-up on outstanding documents and pending transactions.

Collaborate with Sales Consultants on finance processing and performance metrics.

Enhance the Finance and Insurance process and its outcomes.

Store Leadership:
Achieve a high customer satisfaction score (NPS).

Train sales personnel in customer engagement and operational procedures.

Act as a key leader in store management.

Assist in inventory and vehicle reconditioning processes.

Determine vehicle pricing as necessary.

Facilitate multi-channel sales.

Ensure compliance with Store and Internal Audit Checklist (ICC) standards.

Address employee, customer, and vendor concerns as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in Automotive Sales.

- Experience in automotive dealership or financing preferred.

- At least 1 year in a leadership role.

- High school diploma or equivalent experience in automotive sales management.

- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders across various functions and locations.

- Ability to influence and motivate.

- Adaptable and flexible; capable of thriving in uncertain environments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Results-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Proven capability to build and lead a diverse, high-performing, and engaged team.

- Competence in driving process improvements and organizational change.

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

- Self-sufficient with a goal-oriented approach.
