As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, providing strategic leadership to operations managers, and driving revenue growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building and managing high-performing teams, providing leadership to operations managers, and driving revenue growth in your region.
  • Strategic Analysis and Execution: Implement and master high-level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability to achieve same office sales growth.
  • Regional Trainings and Meetings: Develop and conduct effective regional trainings and meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills.
  • Future Office Development: Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, or other related industries.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, ability to draw valid conclusions, apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure.
